What Illinois Was Like 307 Million Years Ago

Scientists at the Field Museum have helped solve a decades-old mystery about a prehistoric animal that lived in Illinois 307 million years ago known as the Tully monster. We sit down with them to discuss this monster and what it tells us about what life was like back in what is now Illinois tens of millions of years before the first dinosaur.
