Wikileaks reports that the NSA spied on president Francois Hollande, Nicolas Sarkozy and Jacques Chirac of France between 2006 and 2012. Earlier this week Wikileaks released more than 61,00 Saudi Arabian government secret cables. He’s written numerous books on the Gulf region, including his latest, Legal and Political Reforms in Saudi Arabia. (Photo: AP/Brendan Smialowski, Pool, File)
