Latino community leaders and lawyers are asking the Department of Justice to investigate the fatal police shooting of 13-year-old Adam Toledo in Little Village. Meanwhile, Ruben Roman, 21, who was with Adam the night of the shooting and was charged with firing his gun before police arrived, has been released on bond. His bail was paid for by the non-profit Chicago Community Bond Fund.
