Eileen Ivers has played with everyone from the London Symphony Orchestra to Patti Smith. She’s appeared on dozens of film soundtracks. She’s the nine-time All-Ireland Fiddle Champion. Oh, and she holds post-graduate degrees in mathematics. Not bad for a kid from the Bronx born to Irish immigrants. Ivers and her band Immigrant Soul perform selections from her multimedia concert experience Beyond the Bog Road, which links the roots of North American music to the traditional sounds of Ireland.
