- A ‘Clean Jobs Bill’ is moving its way through the Illinois General Assembly. We talk with two advocates in favor of the bill. Steve Clemmer is director of energy research and analysis and Jessica Collingsworth is Midwest energy policy analyst for the Union of Concerned Scientists.
