We discuss the Wolfowitz controversy, where the embattled head of the World Bank gave a spirited defense to a World Bank committee investigation his handling of the Shaha Riza affair.

Wolfowitz said accusations he mishandled his girlfriends promotion were part of a smear campaign against him.

Tim Cullen spent 21 years with the World Bank, six as the Bank's Chief Spokesman. He now has his own international policy management firm, Tim Cullen Associates.
