After the State Secrets Privilege was declared, Sibel Edmonds had to get another attorney, Mark Zaid. He's kind of a specialist in cases involving the most secret parts of the government.

He's frustrated by the way the media has mischaracterized Sibel's case and he wants to clarify an important point about it, he begins by explaining why the ACLU and other are incorrect to refer to Sibel Edmonds as the “most gagged woman in US history”.
