Legal Protections for National Security Whistleblowers

SHARE Legal Protections for National Security Whistleblowers

One of the first things you need to do to protect yourself when you get fired for blowing the whistle is to get a lawyer.

He's the executive director of the National Whistleblower Center .  His cases have made breakthroughs in allowing government employees to be protected by the first amendment when they expose wrongdoing and his group has pushed for laws to increase whistleblower protection.
