It appears Bush Administration policies have turned upside down recently.

This week, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice held the first ministerial-level meeting with North Korea during the entire Bush Administration.

Former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton calls it the “intellectual collapse” of the Bush Administration.

Also this week, senior U.S. diplomats have been meeting with Iranian officials in a major shift from the policy of recent years and the President Bush's scolding of “the false comfort of appeasement.”
