The latest crisis over the North Korea nuclear negotiations is over…

North Korea has allowed U.N. inspectors to return to the nuclear facility in Yongbyon in response to the U.S. move over the weekend to remove North Korea from its terrorist watch list.

Charles “Jack” Pritchard was U.S. Special Envoy for Negotiations with North Korea from 2001 to 2003. He's currently President of the Korean Economic Institute in Washington , DC .
