After 10 days of ground, air and sea attacks across Gaza , there is no end in sight for the confrontation between Israel in Hamas.

Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak told MPs today that while Hamas has suffered a “very heavy blow” from the attacks, “We still haven't reached our objectives.” He said that the offensive would continue until Israel achieved “peace and tranquility” for residents of southern Israel
