Haitian Doctor Reflects on Recent Trip to Haiti

Myriame Casimir left Haiti when she was a teenager. But after days of watching images of the devastating earthquake on television, she felt she needed to do something for her former homeland. So the internist joined a team of fellow doctors from Rush University Medical Center and went down to Haiti to help care for the injured. She ended up working in the neighborhood where she grew up. She joins us to talk about what she saw in Port Au Prince.
