Burmese pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi is testing the boundaries of her newfound freedom. She left Rangoon for the first time since the end of her house arrest. We listen to excerpts of the speech and get analysis from Maureen Aung-Thwin, director of the Burma Project at the Open Society Institute.
