We’re halfway through what may be the second mildest winter in U.S. history. But in Europe, they’re seeing some record lows. Over the weekend, Rome and the Netherlands recorded the lowest temperatures in 27 years. And at least 131 people have died in the Ukraine due due to winter storms. Worldview talks to climatologist Heidi Cullen, author of The Weather of the Future, about what’s behind the unusual weather across the globe.
