The FBI is targeting a Chicago businessman accused of reverse mortgage and home repair scams that targeted the elderly on the South and West Sides. Dozens of homeowners filed a lawsuit in 2009 alleging that Mark Diamond and other home repair and mortgage companies stripped them of nearly $1.3 million in home equity. Jeff Kelly Lowenstein of Columbia College Chicago uncovered this story in the Chicago Reporter back in January and he joins us for an update.
