Congressman Aaron Schock of Peoria, Ill, who will resign at the end of the month, is now facing a federal investigation after revelations that he spent public dollars on everything from Katy Perry tickets to a $40,000 Downton Abbey theme for his Congressional office. The Justice Department will examine his campaign finances, and the FBI has already started issuing subpoenas for people to testify before a grand jury next month.
