A proposed metal shredder in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood has residents sparring this afternoon (Friday) at City Hall. The land for the shredder is just across the street from PIlsen’s biggest high school. The project is on today’s agenda of the Chicago Zoning Board of Appeals.
