Burge Prosecution Hits Big Bump

The trial of former police commander Jon Burge continues today. Yesterday the man billed as the prosecution's star witness changed his claim that he saw Burge abuse a suspect. This may spell trouble not just for the prosecution, but for the witness himself, former detective Michael McDermott. For more, we turn to John Conroy, who's been covering the trial on our blog.
