The summer season is winding down for most of us. But for those lucky students already back in school, it is over! The silver lining? Cheat Sheet is back – our quick and dirty guide to the monthly Chicago Board of Education meetings. Today, we talk budgets, cancelled classes, and outright chaos in some high schools.
