While some compaines are laying off employees and shrinking salaries, other companies are trying to find ways to keep their employees happy at work. Crain’s Chicago Business yesterday released a list of Best Places to Work. Among them are Microsoft, Google, Sentinel Technologies and Infinium Capital Management.
