DJs near and far will soon be working a different sort of club: the Pritzker Pavilion at Millennium Park. The City of Chicago’s Office of Tourism programs the Lunchbreak Music Series. Fridays are about house music and Saturdays will feature a variety of electronic music styles.

Meanwhile, Eight Forty-Eight has been running its own independent Friday DJ Series, but Saturday’s Lunch Break show seemed too good to pass up.

DJ Traxman
and DJ Rashad are experts at getting people moving, bringing a mix of Ghettohouse, Juke and Footwork. Eight Forty-Eight was joined by DJ Traxman, aka Cornelius Ferguson.

DJ Traxman will spin alongside DJ Rashad on Saturday, June 4 at the City of Chicago’s Electric Picnic series.
