Drivers Sound Off on Illinois’ Texting-while-Driving Ban

Last week, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn signed a new law banning text messaging while driving. If you're caught using your fingers to do the talking while driving, get ready to pay up. Our intern Will Wright asked drivers at Navy Pier what they thought about the decision.
