Star Wars fanatics finally got their due with the comedic tribute, Fanboys. The film is set in 1998 – just before the release of the first film in the second Star Wars trilogy: The Phantom Menace. A group of so-called “fanboys” plot to break into Skywalker Ranch, where George Lucas has his studios, and catch a sneak preview of the Star Wars prequel.

Eight Forty-Eight producer Joe DeCeault has a profile of one local man who considers himself the ultimate fanboy.
