With less than six months to go before Illinois’ 2010 primary elections, supporters of campaigns big and small are collecting signatures to put their candidates on the ballot. One potential contender is a familiar name: Judy Baar Topinka. She’s considering a run for State Comptroller. That’s the office being vacated by Democrat Dan Hynes, who wants to be governor.
