Illinois Public Radio’s Sean Crawford Has Latest on the State Budget Decisions

While today brings a new fiscal year for the state of Illinois, not much has changed – the state house adjourned without a signed budget. Democratic Governor Pat Quinn insists on a tax increase, while legislators say that budget cuts are the key. Democrats' and Republicans' bipartisan support will not come easily. Illinois Public Radio's Sean Crawford gives us the lowdown from the Statehouse.
