Recently, our very own Jim DeRogatis broke the news that State Attorney General Lisa Madigan is investigating anti-trust allegations against the organizers of Lollapalooza. Local club owners think it unfair that bands playing the musical blow-out must sign radius clauses that prevent them from playing at local venues for months before and after the fest, and within a certain area.
