Kraft Snags Cadbury; World Domination Next?

Kraft Foods finally satisfied their chocolate craving. The Northfield, Illinois, mega-company snagged a deal with British candy maker Cadbury. And while they're calling the deal friendly, there have got to be some hurt feelings after a months-long hostile takeover bid, complete with a bit of name calling. And, Kraft's largest shareholder, Warren Buffet has said he would vote against the bid for Cadbury. The market immediately reacted to the financial guru's comments. Kraft's shares dropped. David Greising is our business contributor and he explains what's happening with the deal. Greising says that Buffet killed Coke's deal for Gatorade, and Pepsi bought it instead and has been beating Coke over the head with Gatorade ever since.
