Latino Movement Could Define Redistricting Challenges
The election of President Barack Obama created a political version of musical chairs here in Illinois. But so has the movement of people in, out, and through the state. The results of the 2010 Census will initiate state-wide redistricting, a process that can have a dramatic effect on who represents us in government. And some early numbers suggest that it could be even hairier than usual this time around.
