Eight Forty-Eight’s dance critic Lucia Mauro has a list of shows to catch. This time she previews two that will be here for a very limited time. Although, one dance has made such a resurgence, it seems like it’s here to stay.

Tango Fire performs Saturday, January 24 at 3 and 8 p.m., at the Harris Theater in Millennium Park. 

Japan Dance Now runs February 5-7 at the Dance Center of Columbia College.
