Not all 30-somethings have a memoir in them. Rabin is the head writer for The Onions’s A.V. Club. He says his love of TV shows and films were often the only way to escape from his frequently nightmarish childhood. He wrote The Big Rewind: A Memoir Brought to You by Pop Culture.

Event:
Rabin will read from The Big Rewind and sign copies at the Barnes and Noble bookstore in DePaul Center, located at 1 E. Jackson Blvd.

Rabin will appear alongside two of his fellow culture critics: Sound Opinions’ Greg Kot and Chuck Klosterman.
