Last week Eight Forty-Eight talked with the Chicago Blaze of the United States Chess League before they headed to the semi-finals of the post-season. The team won that match against Los Angeles and moved on to the finals to play the New York Knights. However, the Knights beat the Blaze Sunday to win the USCL championship. Blaze owner Sevan Muradian joined Eight Forty-Eight to detail the team’s playoff run.
