Friday morning, attorneys for Rahm Emanuel will be back in front of a Chicago election official. More than two dozen Chicagoans allege that Emanuel is not qualified to run for mayor. This issue is residency because Emanuel lived in Washington D.C. while working at the White House as Chief of Staff.
