Writer Carol Felsenthal specializes in profiling public figures. She has penned intimate portraits of Rod Blagojevich, Michelle Obama, Bill Daley and Dan Rostenkowski for Chicago magazine, where she writes the “Felsenthal Files.” And, she, like Jodi Kantor, wrote an unauthorized biography about a president. Felsenthal is the author of Clinton in Exile: A President Out of the White House and she joined Eight Forty-Eight to discuss her experiences.
