Recent incidents where people have been shot outside basketball games and post-game gatherings forced CPS administrators to enforce new rules for varsity games. All games for the rest of the season now will begin no later than 4 p.m. and will not be attended by fans from visiting teams. In cases where the competing schools have a history of violence, no fans will be allowed to attend.

Our student radio producers at Curie High School share their thoughts on the changes. This is part of our occasional series Southwest Side Stories.
