Robert Grant, the top FBI agent in Chicago, is scheduled to continue testifying this morning in the case of a U.S. deputy marshal accused of giving secret information to the mob. Yesterday, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald spent 4 hours telling jurors about a 2006 meeting he and Grant had with the defendant, John Ambrose. They accused him of leaking information about a federal investigation to the Chicago Outfit.
