Snowmageddon, Snowpocalypse, Snow-torious BIG! Call it what you will – the past couple of days in Chicago have been extreme. And after great snow comes the big chill. Christopher C. Burt has chronicled events like this in his book Extreme Weather: A Guide and Record Book. Eight Forty-Eight wanted his take on the 2011 blizzard so we tracked him down in the far more temperate state of California.
