Beginning this week, more businessmen flying out of Chicago on American might be saying “fwong AH.” That’s because American joins United Airlines in offering non-stop service from Chicago to China out of O’Hare International Airport. It’s a coup for American to have landed one of the coveted slots at Beijing Capital International Airport. But it also facilitates a growing camaraderie between The Windy City and the People’s Republic. Eight Forty-Eight’s business contributor David Greising tells us what this means.
