Water Tower’s City Gallery is playing host to Chicago Photographers Brian Ulrich and Jason Lazarus.  They are displaying results of a challenge by the Wright Auction House.
With unlimited access to the collection, they came up with a humorous take on consumerism and the machine behind art and culture. The images are beautiful and surprising: the exact opposite of what you would expect from auction house photography the art within is thus transformed from iconic to real.
