Artist Sues City over Wildflowers

Twenty years ago, painter Chapman Kelley installed two large, oval plantings of wildflowers in Chicago’s Grant Park. The City of Chicago has uprooted more than half the flowers, and the project has lost its funding. But the 74-year-old artist is fighting back. Chicago Public Radio’s Jenny Lawton reports.
