The recent police shootings of African-American men in Louisiana and Minnesota have re-ignited the debate over the use of deadly force. Karen Johnson, a black community leader in Washington State, took part in a state-of-the-art training simulator for police. Austin Jenkins from the Northwest News Network reports.
