Kris Kobach, the Secretary of State of Kansas, is known for his controversial views on immigration. Now, he’s running for Kansas governor on the Republican ticket. An investigation co-published by ProPublica and the Kansas City Star found that Kobach profited handsomely from his work on anti-immigrant ordinances in four small towns across the country.
