A Lunar Trifecta! Get Ready For A ‘Super Blue Blood Moon’

Have the stars aligned to give us a glimpse of a once-in-a-lifetime celestial event? For the first time in 150 years, three different lunar phenomena will occur in one day: a blue moon, a supermoon and a lunar eclipse. And unlike the solar eclipse, these lunar events are totally safe to watch with the naked eye.

So how can the moon experience three different celestial events at once?
