White nationalists have kept a relatively low profile in Chicago, but experts say they are increasingly working to make inroads in the city.

Members of at least three groups flagged by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Anti-Defamation League showed up to an April rally to protest Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx.
