The Beverly Arts Center on Chicago’s Southwest Side has been programming events in dance, visual arts, music, film and theater since 1968. But the non-profit only recently added an Artistic Director. Shellee Frazee is the first person to fill that post. She talks about what the change will mean for the long-time organization.
