Chicago soul community loses a longtime collector

Chicago record collector, archivist and oral historian Bob Abrahamian loved the sweet sounds of Chicago soul; he was one of its most enthusiastic disciples and advocates. After a long bout with depression, Abrahamian died from an apparent suicide. His friend Chicago Reader writer and author Jake Austen shares some of his memories.
