For more than a decade, Doug Sohn has been serving up interesting takes on the classic hot dog at his Avondale restaurant, Hot Doug’s. He calls it a “hot dog stand” but with menu items like duck fat fries and various concoction of encased meats, there’s almost always a line outside the door.
