"Eat This" series continues with The Happiness Diet

Many diet books aim to make you slim, sexy or more energetic, but the latest from Dr. Drew Ramsey seeks to make you happier through better mental health. It’s called the Happiness Diet and it encourages you to eat things like grass fed burgers, cashews, salmon, olive oil, avocados and kale. Kale is also the star of Ramsey's upcoming book 50 Shades of Kale
