How CPD ‘Consent Decree’ Aims To Reform Policing In Chicago
A proposed plan for court oversight of the embattled Chicago Police Department was released Friday in a 232-page draft agreement known as a consent decree.

WBEZ criminal justice reporter Patrick Smith joins the Morning Shift to talk about the draft plan and the next steps in the process.
