Morning Shift - May 12, 2015

Just two weeks after reports surfaced that Chicago would be home to the Obama Presidential Library, The Barack Obama Foundation plans to announce on Tuesday the exact location on the city’s South Side. Washington Par and Jackson Park are both contenders. WBEZ’s Yolanda Perdomo will be watching the announcement and will have reaction from neighbors. We also hear from Paula Robinson, President of the Black Metropolis National Heritage Area Commission. Also, music from Highasakite. (Flickr/jmtimages)
