How many films about sex-education-especially ones that have more in common with American Pie than Citizen Kane-have won the support of both the Catholic Church and Planned Parenthood? Chicago-raised screenwriter Bill Kennedy (House of Cards) tinkered for years with the idea of a romantic comedy about how we often have no idea how to teach kids about sex.
